Easy Salsa Chicken Dinner
This is one of our favorites, can't remember where I got the recipe. It's great served with rice and some veggies for a quick and easy chicken dinner.

Directions
Set oven at 375℉ (190℃).
Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the taco seasoning mix and place the breasts into the baking dish.
Pour the salsa over top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked, tender and juicy with juices running clear when pierced.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the breasts and return the baking dish to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts bubbling.
Serve with a spoonful of sour cream on top.
