Quick & Easy Waffles

If you love waffles, then this quick and easy recipe will have you reaching for the syrup again and again!













Trans-fat Free


4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy.

Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.

Add salt & beat well.

Bake in waffle iron and serve.

Make about 10 waffles.

Turned out quite well, quicker and easier than a traditional belgian waffle recipe. We served with blueberries a pat of butter and real Canadian maple syrup.

Easy and good. Took longer to make then some recipes, but still very good.

These were great! Very tasty. Best of all, my 8 year old daughter and her friend made them from start to finish. All I did was melt the butter...

Not just bland, but completely flavorless. Do not make this recipe!

At least you can make 8 waffles, maybe 10 or 12, depends on how much mixture you put into waffle maker.

This recipes sucks they come out chewy and spongy! I don't reccomend!!

The only thing I changed was to separate the eggs. Add yolks to milk, butter and vanilla. Beat whites until "stiff" and add last.
This lends a light, fluffy texture.
Thank you for your recipe. I'm visiting the far north without any recipes!!
