Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
optional
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup butter
melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy.

Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.

Add salt & beat well.

Bake in waffle iron and serve.

Make about 10 waffles.

This recipes sucks they come out chewy and spongy! I don't reccomend!!

The only thing I changed was to separate the eggs. Add yolks to milk, butter and vanilla. Beat whites until "stiff" and add last.
This lends a light, fluffy texture.
