Easy Baked Artichoke Chicken
A succulent dish made with artichoke hearts and wild mushrooms that is perfect for a family dinner. 30
salt and black pepper
scallions, spring or green onions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Place chicken in casserole dish, season with salt and pepper.
Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes into quarters and place over chicken. Add mushrooms and scallions.
Pour artichoke marinade and white wine over chicken.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, and serve warm.
