These scrumptious meatballs that you can make in your crockpot can be served with pasta or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
1 ½ cup sour cream
1 each onions
fried, 2.8 ounce can
2 large eggs
1 each onion soup mix

1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 each cream of mushroom soup
cans

1 pound mozzarella cheese
shredded

Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375℉ (190℃) until firm, about 20 minutes. Place meatballs in crockpot. Top with soup and cheese. Cook on Low 6 hours.
