Crunchy, juicy and flavorful. It's very easy to put together. It is tasty and refreshing, an ideal side dish that can be accompanied with any kind of main course.

Ingredients

1 medium romaine lettuce
head, torn

3 small tomatoes
diced
1 medium cucumbers
sliced
1 small green bell peppers
sliced
1 small onions
cut into rings
6 radishes
thinly sliced

½ cup parsley leaves
chopped
cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic cloves
crushed

black pepper

1 teaspoon mint leaves
*
3 pita bread
halves

Directions

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, radishes and parsley in a salad bowl.

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and mint. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately with warm pita halves.
