Ingredients

¼ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

1 cup walnuts
chopped
1 cup dates
cut up
4 ounces maraschino cherries
drained, chopped

Directions

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs; stir in baking mix.

Gently fold in nuts, dates and cherries.

Spread dough in greased oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches.

Bake 30 minutes at 350℉ (180℃). Cool slightly and cut into 1½ inch squares.

Can this recipe be made with Gluten free Bisquick?

I think that gluten free biquick should be fine. Maybe the final result won't be as fluffy, but it should work!
