Banana Oatmeal Bread - ABM



Trans-fat Free, High Fiber


¼ cup water
1 extra large eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup bananas
mashed very ripe
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
1 cup oats, quick cooking
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
cup oats, steel-cut
2 teaspoons yeast, active dry


***Soak oats in ⅓ cup boiling water until the mixture is at room temperature.

Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
