Ingredients

½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar

¾ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 each eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

Combine sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla.

Stir in dry ingredients and chips.

Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets for 10 minutes.

Remove form sheet and cool.

Make about 2 dozens.

This recipe is very easy to make. My family love the flavor and crispness of the cookie. So make a double batch, they will go fast.
