Chocolate Zucchini Loaf/Cake
Very good and melt in your mouth recipe that taste so moist and delicious you'll be glad it makes two!!!
Ingredients

canola oil

sugar

eggs
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
vanilla extract

½ | cup |
sour milk
|
|
½ | tablespoon |
baking powder
|
|
1 | tablespoon |
baking soda
|
|
2 ½ | cups |
whole-wheat flour
|
|
4 | tablespoons |
cocoa powder
|
|
½ | tablespoon |
cinnamon
|
|
½ | tablespoon |
cloves, ground
|
|
½ | cup |
walnuts
or any other kind of nuts |
|
¾ | cup |
chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

zucchini
shredded |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Cream together first 3 ingredients.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Add dry ingredients in order.
Stir in zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
Pour equally into two greased loaf pans.
Bake for one hour and the edges are dark and theirs a split down the middle.
