Delicious!!! My neighbors and I make this all the time!!! An easy to make Bisquick quiche.

Ingredients

CUPS ML ZUCCHINI
unpeeled, thinly sliced or shredded
½ 118
CUP ML CHEESE
grated
½ 118
CUP ML ONIONS
chopped
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML OREGANO
2 1E+1
TEASPOONS ML PARSLEY LEAVES
fresh, chopped
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML SEASONED SALT
optional
1 1
EACH GARLIC CLOVES
minced
½ 118
CUP ML VEGETABLE OIL
4 4
LARGE LARGE EGGS
beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 13 x 9 inch greased dish, 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

Cut into squares, about 2 x 1 inch.

Makes about 8 side dishes or 4 main dishes.

delicious my family loves this quiche, even my picky daughter loves it.

I just put it in the oven. Not sure if it's really enough food though. 45 minutes til our usual dinner time, so I have time to think of something. I wasn't sure if the measurements were right for 8 people. I have enough ingredients for 2 more.

I think if you serve it as a side dish, 8 servings should be enough; but if you serve it as a main course, I think it's not going to be enough, and thanks for your comment to point out your concern, I will point it out at the end of the direction.
