Ingredients

4 cups strawberries
fresh, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
14 ounces milk, sweetened condensed
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup heavy whipping cream
whipped
12 each crepes

to garnish

Directions

Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar; set aside.

Beat milk with lemon juice until thick.

Fold in strawberries and whipped cream.

Divide among crepes; fold. Garnish with additional whipped cream and a strawberry centered on the cream. Yields 6 servings.
