Slow-cooker Asian Pork Roast
Spice up your pork roast this summer with this recipe that creates a sauce made out of orange juice and soy sauce.
Ingredients

pork loin roast

all-purpose flour
|
|
1 | tablespoon |
sugar
|
|
1 | teaspoon |
garlic powder
|
|
½ | teaspoon |
ginger
|

salt
|
|
½ | cup |
orange juice
|
|
¼ | cup |
lemon juice
|
|
¼ | cup |
soy sauce, tamari
|
|
2 | tablespoons |
ketchup
|
Directions
Mix ingredients together.
Place roast in crockpot and pour mixture over it.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for about 3 hours.
If you have time brown the pork loin roast and deglaze the pan before placing the roast (and the accumulated juices AKA flavour) into the slow cooker.
