Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Grease two large baking sheets.
Mix mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, egg and salt until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Drop by tablespoons onot baking sheets about 1 inch apart.
Flatten slightly. Bake until bottom edges are lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
Cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
