Pineapple, Olives and Artichoke Heart Pizza
Freshly baked pizza makes the entire house full of great smell, that's why we like making pizza at home. This pizza is topped with fresh pineapple cubes, olives, marinated artichoke hearts, and a few fresh veggies. Homemade pizza sauce makes it taste even better.
Ingredients

shredded and divided |

pineapple
cut into cubes, fresh or canned, drained |

kalamata olives
pitted and sliced |

artichoke hearts
marinated, drained and sliced |

mushrooms
button or cremini, sliced |

sweet red bell peppers
fresh or roasted, slice into strips |

pickled jalapenos

garlic

Directions
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, shape into balls.
Roll each ball out into a 12-inch round.
Spoon ¼ cup of pizza sauce over each pizza dough.
Reserve ¼ cup of cheese, sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over pizza sauce.
Top with the topping ingredients randomly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over.
Bake the pizza in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles, and the crust becomes golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Cut into the wedges and serve warm with fresh parley sprinkled on top if needed.
