A most excellent chocolate chip cookie recipes with oats and nutty bits of pecans.

Ingredients

473 ml butter
473 ml sugar
granulated
473 ml brown sugar, light

4 large eggs
10 ml vanilla extract
946 ml all-purpose flour
1.2 l oatmeal
blended*
5 ml salt
10 ml baking powder
10 ml baking soda
693.6 ml/g chocolate chips
231.2 ml/g chocolate bars
grated
710 ml pecans
chopped

Directions

Cream the butter and both sugars.

Add eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda.

Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar, and nuts.

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375℉ (190℃) degrees.

*Measure oatmeal, then blend in a blender to a fine powder.
