Ingredients

6 each chicken thighs, boneless, skinless

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onions
chopped
2 each garlic cloves
crushed
¼ teaspoon thai bird's eye chili peppers
dried, crushed

1 teaspoon cumin
ground
1 teaspoon coriander
ground
½ teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
1 each limes
cut into wedges

Directions

Approximate Cook Time: 30 minutes Brown chicken in oil. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Serve with lime wedges.
