Ingredients

tablespoon corn oil
pound pork stew meat

1/16 cups all-purpose flour
small onions
minced
tablespoon paprika
1/16 cups water
1/16 teaspoons caraway seeds

teaspoon garlic
minced

3/16 teaspoons salt
10 ounces mixed vegetables
drained
each sweet red bell peppers
diced
large tomatoes
diced
12 ounces beef stock
1 x noodles
wide, or rice

Directions

Dredge meat in flour, then brown pork in hot oil in roasting pan in 400℉ (200℃). oven for 15 minutes.

Add paprika and onion, water, caraway seed, garlic and salt.

Cover tightly and bake at 325℉ (160℃). until meat is tender.

Add peppers, tomatoes, and stock.

Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Stir in mixed vegetables.

Simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Serve with wide noodles or rice.
