Ingredients

1 pound turkey
cooked
½ cup bread crumbs
1 cup rice, cooked
½ cup onions
chopped
¼ cup carrots
grated
¼ cup celery
finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon white pepper

¼ cup tomato sauce
2 each egg whites

½ cup ketchup
¼ cup honey

Directions

Preheat oven at 350℉ (180℃).

Prepare a loaf pan with cooking.

Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well.

Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Combine ketchup and honey.

Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.

My wife is always asking me to make this meatloaf, it is the best ever! I always drag my feet because it is a little time consuming to make, but I am always glad when I do because it is that good!
