Directions

Preheat oven 350℉ (180℃).

Stir together apples and sugar.

Add dry ingredients, stir well.

In separate bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla.

Stir into apple mixture until thoroughly moistened.

Stir in pecans or walnuts.

Pour into 13×9×2 inch pan.

Bake 50 minutes to an hour, or until cake springs back.
