Oven Baked German Pancakes
A German take on pancakes. Very flexible, toss in some apples or other fruit and your children or hubby will love you.
Ingredients

slightly beaten |

all-purpose flour

milk

3 | tablespoons |
butter
melted |

salt

powdered sugar

or other fruits |

Directions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish .
Combine eggs and flour in bowl. Add milk, butter, and salt; mix well.
Pour into prepared dish.
Bake for 15 to 20 min or until puffed.
Cut into serving pieces.
Serve with desired toppings.
