EACH EACH PIE SHELLS
deep-dish, unbaked *

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients and add eggs one at a time, beating well. After each one, stir in salt, nutmeg, milk and extract.

Pour into 2 deep dish unbaked, pie shells.

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes.

Then lower ovento 325℉ (160℃). and bake for 30 to 40 minutes longer.
