Directions
Use a pan that just fits your chicken breasts with too much overlapping so the the sauce will hug the chicken.
Mix the dressing, apricot (or peach) jam and onion soup mix (or dried onion flakes) together in a glass measure.
Arrange chicken pieces in the pan. Pour the dressing mixture evenly over the chicken.
Bake in a 325℉ (160℃) F pre-heated oven for 1 hour.
Check the chicken after 45 minutes and if you find it's browning too quickly tent with foil.
If it doesn't brown enough for your likely, turn on the broiler and watch carefully to avoid scorching until the tops of the chicken breasts are bubbly, sticky and crusty to your preference.
Service with rice.
