Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃). Spray 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray; arrange chicken, bone side down, in dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Bake at 375℉ (190℃). for 30 minutes.
Combine soup and water, spoon over chicken. Bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Serve with cooked noodles.
