Diabetic Cranberry Sauce
A no-sugar added cranberry sauce that is suitable for diabetics or anyone looking to cut down on their sugars. Suitable for low-carb diets as well. Tangy, thick and fruity!

orange juice

sucaryl solution

lemon juice

⅛ | teaspoon |
nutmeg

⅛ | teaspoon |
cinnamon

Directions
Add the cranberries and water to a pot and bring to the boil.
Add the orange and lemon juices, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally until desired consistency it reached.
Add the sugar-free sweetener to taste and chill until ready to serve.
