The cake was very moist and delicious. I used golden raisins, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup of white flour, also used 1/4 cup white sugar and 3/4 cup splender. We loved it. Definitely recommend this recipe.

Directions

Cook raisins in water until soft, juicy and plump.

Drain excess water from the raisins. Then add the raisins to the applesauce eggs, sweetener and, cooking oil.

Mix well. Blend in baking soda, flour and remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F in 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan until cake texture achieved.
