Had some homemade salsa, corn tortillas, kidney beans and sour cream, then came out this idea to help us use up some of the ingredients and meanwhile to make a delicious meal. Here the recipe is. Because we used prepared salsa, it shortened the cooking time a lot; and the flavor was right on, very Mexican and very tasty. Very easy to make, and we served it with some scallions and sour cream. Absolutely delicious.
