Crockpot Salisbury Steak recipe
onion soup mix
vegetable stock cubes
gravy mix, brown
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef, onion soup mix (low-sodium) and bread crumbs. Add milk.
Form into oval patties approximately 3 to 4 inches across and about one inch thick.
Brown in a skillet.
Place in crockpot and turn to high.
In a medium bowl prepare the sauce by whisking broth powder, Gravy Mix and onions.
Pour over beef patties and cook for 50 to 60 minutes in the crock pot, flipping once.
