What kind of rice did you use? I only have short grain rice in the house. Will that work?

Short grain rice works the best in a rice pudding, so yes, short grain rice will work in this case!

Does Adding raisins to the rice pudding require any further instructions or can I just add them and prepare the recipe the same as given here?
Thanks Bob

Bob, you can just add the raisins to the rice pudding at the beginning of the cooking along with other ingredients to the crockpot. Happy cooking :)

Can you do already cooked rice

happyzhangbo

You might be able to cook with cooked rice, just adjust the cooking time then. I'm not sure if the texture would be the same though. Hope this helps, and happy cooking :)

Does the size of the crock pot matter? I have a large one.
