Directions
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
Combine and mix milk and oatmeal. Add oil and egg whites, sugar and spice and zest.
Stir until blended.
Combine flour and baking powder, add to mixture, along with apple bits and stir just until blended.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes.
