Chicken Rosemary with Potatoes
An incredibly simple way to prepare the chicken.. wonderful rosemary aroma (I used fresh leaves).. tasteful lunch.. thanks a lot..
Ingredients

potatoes

1 | pound |
chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
|
|
2 | cloves |
garlic
minced |
|
2 | tablespoons |
olive oil
|
|
2 | teaspoons |
rosemary leaves
dried, crumbled |
Directions
Slice potatoes ¼ inch thick, and cook in microwave until tender (about 8 minutes).
Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown chicken and garlic in oil on high heat about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes and rosemary; cook until potatoes are lightl browned.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
