Directions
Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok.
Sauté chicken until no longer pink; remove from pan.
Sauté green pepper, onion and celery until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to pan; add apple and cook for 1 minute.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to apple mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
