We made half of them with Canadian bacons, and the other half without bacons, which turned out golden brown on top and really tasty, love the cheesy flavor and fluffy texture. They can be a very delicate appetizer. Definitely will make this recipe very often.

Darn good, very very cheesy (I used 6 year old Canadian cheddar). Light and fluffy, puffed up beautifully and great classic combination of flavours.
