Ingredients

finely chopped

Directions

Brown the meat, drain off most of the fat, add onions and garlic. Sauté til translucent.

Add the ground chiles, cumin, and oregano.

Sauté for a few more minutes. Add the tomatoes, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Add the beer, and continue to simmer another 15 minutes or so, til you get the desired consistency.
