Directions

Pre-heat oven grill.

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk.

Blend sunflower seeds into flower and pour into bowl.

Add flaxseed meal, baking powder and salt.

Add olive oil, and stir well.

Add extra olive oil if ingredients are still dry.
