Delicious. Perfect combination of flavors. This also turned out much less crunchy than typical crostini' which can be a good thing as sometimes crusty crostini hurt the teeth of some. It was pleasantly toasted on the outside and nice and soft on the inside, making it easy to eat as a hand held h'orderve.
