Our family loves banana muffins. I frequently make a batch of these for quick and easy grab n’ go breakfasts during the week.

Ingredients

TEASPOON ML BAKING POWDER

TEASPOON ML BAKING SODA
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML SALT

EACH EACH EGGS

CUP ML SUGAR
granulated

CUP ML BUTTER
melted
1 ½ 355
CUPS ML BANANAS
mashed, 3 or 4

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.

Thoroughly beat together egg, sugar, butter and mashed bananas.

Add to dry ingredients.

Stir just until moistened. Filled greased muffin cups three quarters full.

Bake in a preheated 375℉ (190℃) oven 20 to 25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
