This hawaiian banana nut bread is moist, banana-y and absolutely divine.

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
ground
1 cup nuts
chopped
3 large eggs
beaten
1 cups vegetable oil
2 cups bananas
mashed
8 ounces pineapple
crushed, drained
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.

Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.

Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.

Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Very moist and lots of great flavors in this bread. I used mostly whole wheat flour, also replaced 1/4 cup vegetable oil to applesauce, added 1/2 cup chocolate chips and reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup. The flavor was spot on, lots of goodness and yumminess.
