I tried this pumpkin pie last week, it turned out delicious. At Thanksgiving I will make this pumpkin pie for my family, I bet they will love it.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
ground
1 teaspoon ginger
ground

½ teaspoon nutmeg
ground
½ teaspoon cloves
ground
3 large eggs
slightly beaten
1 ¼ cups milk
6 ounces evaporated milk
9 inchs pie shell (9 inch)
unbaked

Directions

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.

Blend in eggs milk and evaporated milk.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake in hot oven 400℉ (200℃). for 50 min or until knife inserted halfway between center edge comes out clean.
