Directions
Measure dry ingredient into a mixing bowl.
Combine egg yolks and milk.
Stir into dry mix. stir in oil.
Carefully fold in egg whites.
Do not over mix.
Pour into waffle iron by ⅔ cupfuls.
Close iron and bake according to instructions with iron.
Serve with fresh berries, syrup, and/or whipped cream if needed.
