The crock pot was scrapped clean. Best rating I could have gotten. Everyone raved at how good it was.

Ingredients

¾ pound ground beef
2 ½ cups milk
1 cup cornmeal
2 large eggs
beaten
1 package chili seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic salt
14 ½ ounces tomatoes
cut up
8 ounces corn kernels, canned
2 ¼ ounces olives
ripe, drained, sliced
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
shredded
2 tablespoons cornmeal

Directions

In medium skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

In medium bowl, combine milk, 1 cup cornmeal and eggs; blend well.

Add ground beef and remaining ingredients except cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; stir to mix.

Pour into 12x8 inch, lightly greased baking dish.

Bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven 35 to 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and 2 tablespoons cornmeal; continue baking until cheese melts.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
