Made a few changes, and I got a much healthier but super moist and delicious fresh apple cake (see the linked recipe below). I love making everything healthier without losing great flavor and texture, desserts are definitely one of them, especially I have such a sweet tooth :)
Easy chili con carne: ground beef simmered with onion, garlic, canned tomatoes, chili powder, and red kidney beans. A classic stovetop chili built for slow flavor on a weeknight.
These yogurt lemon cupcakes are delicious, they are so moist and lemony; if you don't have lemon extract, just add more freshly grated lemon zest and juice; you can eat them plain or you can frost them with any kind of creamy frosting, which adds some creaminess and sweetness. Absolutely a great cupcake recipe that everybody loves.

Fresh, quick and easy - shrimp and avocado in a lemon, tomato dressing seasoned with mint and cilantro.
Crisp bacon, pan-seared scallops on a bed of tatsoi. Quick, easy and tasty!
A decadently delicious coconut cream pie highlights the coconut. The custard filling is made with half and half, and egg yolks. It's creamy and rich, which goes deliciously well with the coconut. Meringue topping adds another layer of creaminess without adding any more fat. Nobody can resist it!
a moderatly spicy adaptation of "The Joy Of Cooking" blender mayonnaise recipe
Puerto Rican sofrito chicken made in the slow cooker. Chicken cooks low all day in a base of garlicky sofrito until it's fall-off-the-bone tender and steeped in island flavor. Dump and go.
Delicately flavored crab stuffed between fillets of buttery and flaky Dover sole. It's a match made in heaven and the ingredients perfectly compliment each other. Best of all it's quite quick and fairly easy to make!
Impossible breakfast pie with sausage, mozzarella, and scallions in a self-crusting Bisquick and sour cream batter. Crustless quiche that forms its own base.
Pretty darn easy and tasty. I had all ingredients on hand and didn't have to worry about a trip to the store. I didn't use any cayenne because we have small children, but it still came out great. The sauce was tasty over rice!
This salad is absolutely delicious, I used cilantro instead of parsley, marinated for about 4 hours, the salad was so refreshing and tasty, definitely will make it again.
So chocolaty and delicious. This was our dessert after dinner yesterday, in order to feel less guilty, I modified the recipe and made a healthier chocolate pudding cake (see the linked recipe below). It was such an enjoyable and decadent dessert that we really loved.
