Spicy habanero mayonnaise
a moderatly spicy adaptation of "The Joy Of Cooking" blender mayonnaise recipe
Ingredients

red pepper flakes

|

habanero chili peppers
seeded and devained optional, increase to 2 peppers for more spice |

Blend above on high until well combined, then slowly add with blender running | |||

Directions
you may need to stop the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides.
you may wish to wear eye protection while adding the oils, as the peppers contain chemicles that can cause extreme eye irritation.
