Ingredients

2pounds chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless cut into 2 inch cubes
1each pineapple cut into 2 inch chunks
Marinade
½cup soy sauce
¾cup ketchup
1cup white wine dry*
1cup orange marmalade
4tablespoons honeyVideo
16each skewers *

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients in large bowl.

Add chicken and mix well to coat.

Marinate for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.

Alternate chicken and pineapple pieces on skewers.

Grill 1 to 2 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
