EACH EACH PIE SHELL (9 INCH)
9 inch, unbaked

Directions

Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Put apples in large bowl and pour flour mixture over it.

Stir well. Put into shell and cover with crumb topping.

To make topping, mix ¼ lb. butter, 1 cup flour and ¾ cup sugar until crumbly.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
