Directions
Sauté apples in a skillet with 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
Place in a pie plate or quiche dish.
Mix together eggs, milk, and flour.
Pour mixture over apples and bake at 450 degrees until it puffs up and browns around edges, about 10 minutes.
Melt remaining butter and pour over baked pancakes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Squeeze lemon over it and serve warm with more fresh berries if desired.
