Ingredients

1 ½ pounds ground beef
¼ cup potatoes
raw, grated
¼ cup onions
chopped
¼ cup carrots
grated
¾ teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper

1 cup vegetables
chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 1 hour.
