Ingredients

15 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
canned, drained
2 tablespooons olive oil

2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
or as needed
2 teaspoon garlic
minced roasted is yummy too.
¼ teaspoon cumin

1 tablespoon parsley leaves
chopped, optional
1 x salt
to taste

1 x black pepper
to taste

Directions

Blend in blender. Add more water if needed. Stir in parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
