Ingredients

19 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
rinsed, and drained
½ cup yogurt
non-fat
1 x lemon
juice of 1

2 cloves garlic
crushed
¼ teaspoon cumin
ground

1 dash black pepper
*

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend smooth.

Garnish with a dash of paprika and serve with pita triangles, in a sandwich.
