Hummus (Chick Pea Dip)

Directions
Place chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin in food processor.
Mix until smooth.
Place in a jar and refrigerate.
Just before serving sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
Add more garlic if dessired.
