Ingredients

2 teaspoons old bay seasoning

3 pounds beef chuck
trimmed
4 each potatoes
cut in chunks
3 each carrots
sliced
½ each onions
sliced
1 cup water

Directions

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon old bay over beef.

Sprinkled remaining old bay over vegetables.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for six hours.
